Today we got ourselves some Kindai Tuna! This is extra special!
Only 3 fish a week get sent from this Japanese Kindai Tuna farm to the USA.
1 fish to NYC and 2 to CA
At $51.00 per pound, it is the most intimidating hunk o fish I have yet to handle.
