I work at FIN, a cool upscale modern seafood restaurant located in the heart of NYC. I am one of the Sous Chefs. I work with a bunch of restaurant rogues, Chef being the leader of the pack and Henry bringing up the rear… (he’s the other Sous Chef here). We have been really struggling with staying afloat since the economy went bottoms up a year ago and have asked by Adrienne (Chef’s personal PR lady) to spread the news about what we are all about here at FIN on these blogs.
