Well, I am a 26 year old single mother who is trying to get somewhere in this brutal culinary world. I work hard and play hard. I’ve got a mouth like a truck driver and I don’t give a shit who it offends. I hate Lobsters and I LOVE eggs! I am a terrible speller from Westchester, NY and have been working in this industry for 8 years now. I’m still paying off my tuition for culinary school, so between that and diapers, I pretty much have no money for anything at all  (GIANT PERIOD HERE). So, here I go jumping into the blogging abyss…
